What is the HR Café?
The HR Cafe is a Greenwood Chamber member-only event and is designed as a free lunch & learn session about HR and Employment Practices, hosted by Joanie E. Winters of the Winters Law Firm (www.winterslawsc.com).
It is an educational opportunity for business owners, HR professionals and managers to learn and update their knowledge of the ever-changing “mine-fields” of today’s employment regulations and legal requirements for employers.
Who should come to the HR Café?
The Café serves all customers—small to large businesses (HR professionals, plant and/or operations managers, supervisors, and others that hire and manage employees) can benefit from these sessions.

Session Capacity & Lunch:
The session has a capacity of 30 people and is limited to no more than 2 employees per company. Please register online (first come, first serve).
A complimentary lunch will be provided compliments of the Winters Law Firm.
Joanie Winters, a local Employment Law attorney, is leading the series for the Greenwood Chamber. Joanie practices out of her office in Chester, SC. She also teaches at Winthrop University and is a member of the Catawba Workforce Investment Board.
